"We pass through this world but once. Few tragedies can be more extensive than the stunting of life, few injustices deeper than the denial of an opportunity to strive or even to hope, by a limit imposed from without, but falsely identified as lying within." --Stephen Jay Gould, The Mismeasure of Man

More Halloween....
The cutest little mouse...he wouldn't wear the pants, just the coat. Final words, "I just want to go as Oliver...that's the best costume."
well, he looks cute! and hed look cute just as oliver, only the neighbors might be a little disappointed--excited to see a fun little costume. i loved his little octopus costume from two years ago.
Committed to learning and living life to its very fullest, we are a very busy family. I'm the mom to two wonderful, intelligent, clever children: Oliver (7) and Henry (17 months) and I'm married to Ben who is a wonderful father. I'm finishing my PhD in Education with an emphasis in Adolescent Literacy. I like to study writing instruction, specifically, and am especially curious about finding ways to support teachers in their writing instruction so that they can do their job more effectively and efficiently.
